If you created your account by linking with Apple or Google, you will need to complete the procedures through the respective platform. You cannot change the password of the original platform through Minerva MEET.
If you created your account using your email address, you can change your password by opening “Registered Email” in SETTINGS > USER and tapping the “Change Password” button. After tapping the “Send” button on the next screen, an authentication email with a link will be sent. Click the link to set a new password.
If you have forgotten your password and cannot sign in, you can change your password on the SIGN-IN screen. Tap “Sign-in with Email,” enter your email address, leave the password field blank, and tap “Change Password.” A link will be sent to your email, where you can set a new password.
