What monitors get: the Team Plan free for a year
Up to 100 GB of team videos
Share videos up to 10 minutes long in 1080p with the whole team. Nothing gets lost in a chat thread.
Slow-mo, frame by frame, mirror, A–B loop
Check your form at 0.25× and frame by frame. Mirror the video to learn a routine as in a studio mirror, and loop the same 8-count again and again.
Comments that reach the right person
Point something out in a comment and @mention a teammate: "the arm on count 2", "that pass".
Weekly practice, set to repeat
Add practice once and it repeats every week. Attendance is counted in the app.
Messages and chat in one place
Bulletin board, chat rooms, file sharing, to-dos and notes: all of your team's communication in one app.

Monitor feedback comes first when we decide what to improve. Tell our development team what you would like to see.
Who can apply
- Teams that practice regularly: dance and sports teams, and other teams that practice (bands, theater) are welcome too
- 5 or more members, meeting about once a week or more
- One organizer who can invite the members to the app
- High school and college clubs are welcome (if you are under 18, please apply with the consent of your coach or club advisor)
- Teams from any country
What we ask of monitors
- 3 or more members join the app within 2 weeks of starting
- Use the app for practice schedules, attendance and practice videos
- Two short surveys (in week 2 and week 6, about 3 minutes each)
- Optional: a 20-minute online interview, a post on social media (#MinervaMEET), or help with a case study
How it works
- Apply: with the form on this page (applications close as soon as 30 teams are filled)
- Selection: We email you within about a week. Selected teams receive a monitor code
- Start: Create a group in the app, then enter the code and your group's invite link at minervameet.com/en/redeem. The Team Plan starts right away
- One year: Use the Team Plan for free and answer the two surveys (the interview is optional)

Does it cost anything?
The Team Plan is free for a year. There is no card to register and nothing to buy, and nothing is charged automatically when the year ends.
What happens after the year?
The Team Plan ends and the group returns to the free plan. Your photos and videos stay (if they take more than the free plan's 5 GB, only new uploads stop). You can decide then whether to continue.
Does it work on iPhone and Android?
Yes. Each member can join on either iPhone or Android.
Does every member need the app?
Yes, for the Team Plan features. Scheduling polls and votes work with just a link, so people without the app can answer those too.
Who can see our team's data?
Only the group's members. Groups are invite-only and cannot be found or joined from outside. We never look at your team's posts.
Which languages does the app support?
English, Japanese, Spanish, Korean, Indonesian and Chinese. Members can each use their own language.
Program terms
- This program, the "Minerva MEET Team Plan one-year free monitor program", is run by Hoot Hall LLC ("we", "us").
- The program is limited to 30 teams and closes as soon as they are filled. Each team may apply once. If many teams apply, we select teams by their type, size and how often they meet. We cannot answer questions about selection results.
- Teams from any country may apply, except where this program is prohibited by law.
- If you are under 18, please apply with the consent of your coach or club advisor (applications from coaches and advisors are welcome).
- Selected teams receive a monitor code. A code can be used once, for one group, and gives that group the Team Plan for free for 12 months from the day it is entered. There is no charge and no automatic renewal. Afterwards the group returns to the free plan, and no data is deleted.
- We ask monitors to use the app and answer two surveys. If a team does not take part, we may end its Team Plan. The interview is optional.
- Posts on social media and case studies are optional. Before we publish a case study, you review it and give your consent.
- The benefit cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash. We may change or end the program if unavoidable circumstances require it.
- How we handle your application: Hoot Hall LLC is responsible for the information you enter in this form (team name, activity, region, your name, email address and message). We use it only to select teams, contact monitors, and run the surveys and interviews, because you asked to take part in the program. We do not sell it or share it with third parties, except the service providers that host it for us (Google Cloud and Firebase); it may be stored and processed outside your country, including in the United States. We delete the information of teams not selected within 2 months after applications close, and monitors' information within 3 months after the program ends. You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or withdraw your application, at any time through our contact form. The app's own data is covered by our Privacy Policy.
