All core features are free, with no time limit. The Individual Plan (US$1.99/month or $19.99/year) removes banner ads and adds recurring events, up to 10 groups, your own Home layout and exclusive design themes. The Team Plan (US$4.99/month or $49.99/year) is subscribed by one member and works for the whole group. Prices vary by country; the store shows yours.

Album storage goes from 5 GB to 100 GB, and videos can be up to 10 minutes in up to 1080p (free plan: 60 seconds, 720p). Members can also attach files and photos in Chat and open chat rooms for just some of the members (up to 20 rooms).

Any one member subscribes, and everyone in that group gets it. Each person can hold the Team Plan for one group. If the holder leaves the group, the plan keeps working for 30 days so another member can subscribe and take it over. Cancel in your App Store or Google Play settings; leaving a group does not cancel the subscription.

Up to 5 GB per group on the free plan, and 100 GB with the Premium Team Plan. Note attachments count toward the same storage. Going over never deletes stored photos or videos; it only pauses new uploads.

No. Before a photo is uploaded, location and other embedded data (EXIF) are removed on your device; only the date it was taken is kept.

Open an invite link from a member (or scan their QR code) and send a join request. You become a member when the inviter approves. Holding the link alone never grants access.

24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days (QR codes: 1 hour). Links can be revoked with one tap at any time.

No. There is no public search — groups and profiles cannot be found without an invitation.

The web date poll (minervameet.com) and poll (minervameet.com/poll) are free standalone tools with no login. In the app, the same features live inside your group, and people without the app can still answer through a shared URL.

Web polls auto-delete 60 days after creation. You can delete them earlier from the admin URL.

iPhone and iPad (iOS 15.5 or later) and Android. On an iPad in landscape, an open iPhone Duo, and Android tablets and foldables, the app uses a layout made for the bigger screen. The app is a free download on the App Store and Google Play. The web date poll and poll run in any browser.

No. Only the data needed to run the service is collected, and your content, such as messages and photos, is never used for advertising or AI training. The free plan does show banner ads from Google.

Yes. You can delete your account at any time from the app settings, and leave any group from the same place. Messages, photos and other content you posted stay in the group as part of its record, so delete anything you want removed first. Cancel subscriptions in your App Store or Google Play settings.
