Monitor program: the Team Plan free for a year for 30 dance and sports teams
We are looking for 30 dance and sports teams to use the Minerva MEET Team Plan free for a year. Share and review practice videos (mirror, slow-mo, frame by frame, A–B loop, pinch to zoom), count attendance for weekly practice, and keep the team’s messages in one app.
There is no cost and no automatic billing. High school and college clubs, and teams from any country, are welcome. Applications close as soon as 30 teams are filled.

Version 4.0: a new look, and new ways to share with your group
A fresh new look: the whole app has a new design, now with Dark Mode. Choose which services sit on your bottom navigation bar, and fold the Home panels you don’t need. Optimized for the larger screens of iPad and iPhone Duo.
Album (new): share photos and videos with your group. Slow motion, frame-by-frame, pinch zoom and comments make it easy to discuss and analyze together. Mention members and jump to any day on the album calendar. Uploads keep going even after you close the app.
Notes (new): keep the group’s shared notes, lists and pictures in one place.
Share cards on the Bulletin: post an event, task, note or album to the Bulletin as a card. Members tap it to open the item.
Task owners: choose who owns each task. Owners are notified when a task is assigned to them.
Improvements: tapping a notification opens what it is about, plus minor bug fixes.

Version 3.1: approval-gated invite links
Invite by link or QR code. Joining requires the inviter’s personal approval; every link expires (24h / 7 days / 30 days) and can be revoked with one tap.
Safer groups: join notifications now name the approver, and newly-joined members can be removed with a shortened 48-hour grace period.
The Voting (date poll) feature is now free.

Group events can sync to Google Calendar with a dedicated per-group calendar.
Browse schedules, tasks, and recent activity offline.
Localized in English, Japanese, Spanish, Indonesian, and Korean, with a redesigned Home screen.
