Premium Plans (paid)
Minerva MEET's core features are free with no time limit. For more, there are two paid Premium plans.
Individual Plan
For the person who subscribes, in every group they belong to. US$1.99 a month or US$19.99 a year; first-time subscribers can try it free for one month.

Team Plan
One member subscribes, and everyone in that group gets it. US$4.99 a month or US$49.99 a year.
- Album storage from 5 GB to 100 GB
- Videos up to 10 minutes in up to 1080p (free plan: 60 seconds, 720p)
- Photo and file attachments in Chat, and chat rooms
- Album downloads as ZIP files
Each person can hold the Team Plan for one group. If the holder leaves the group, the plan keeps working for 30 days so another member can take it over.
Prices are for the US. The App Store and Google Play show the price for your country.
Subscribe
- In the side menu, tap “Individual” or “Team” on the “Two kinds of Premium” banner (or go to Settings › User › Subscription › Explore Premium Plan).
- Choose monthly or yearly and buy it through the App Store or Google Play.
Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. A free trial becomes a paid subscription unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends.
Restore a purchase
After changing phones or reinstalling the app, open the Premium Plan page, go to the Individual tab and tap “Restore Purchase”. Use the same Apple ID or Google account you bought with.
Cancel
Cancel in the subscription settings of the store you bought from. Deleting the app, leaving a group or deleting your account does not cancel a subscription.
- iPhone and iPad: Settings app → your name → Subscriptions → Minerva MEET → Cancel Subscription.
- Android: Google Play app → profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Minerva MEET → Cancel subscription.
After you cancel, the plan keeps working until the end of the period you paid for. Refunds follow each store's rules. When a Team Plan ends, the group goes back to the free plan; stored photos, videos and messages are not deleted.
